AGENCY COORDINATOR

We’re looking for a detail-minded, organizational superstar to help manage the day-to-day logistics and operations of office management, vendor estimates, bookkeeping, and some account service in our Lanham office. Duties include project management, vendor estimating, maintaining job files, light bookkeeping/invoicing, and tracking and monitoring of job progress. Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and eye for detail required. Accounting experience helpful.

Responsibilities
• Maintains project data using management software
• Assists with Account Service in project pricing, vendor estimating, and client communications
• Creates project numbers and sets up files using management software
• Responsible for company invoicing
• Agency liaison with bookkeeper
• Monitors daily entry, by end of day, timekeeping of staff hours
• Researches, negotiates, secures, and monitors all outside resources
• General administration, correspondence and
• Assist company president

Qualifications
• Strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's Degree is helpful, but not required
• Accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Effective personal communication skills
• Logical grasp of project planning and management
• Proficient in Mac OSX
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word/Excel
• Take charge, proactive thinker

 

ACCOUNT SERVICE & SALES.

We are in search of a motivated associate with excellent written and verbal communication skills who enjoys helping others reach their goals with uncompromising earnest. Sales associates must demonstrate the ability to find, qualify, present and win new business. It starts with you and you know it.

 

DESIGN & PRODUCTION SERVICES.

MacIntosh designers and production artists must possess exceptional typography skills, color theory, a strong attention to detail and the underlying technical facets of building brochures, web sites and other good stuff (think web). You like cool and make it work.

 

INTERACTIVE DEVELOPER.

You must be a hybrid who enjoys working on a variety of projects while having the ability to focus to expertly build and maintain Flash and html based web sites, multimedia, and the everyday needs of client and server applications. Experimentation is expected and encouraged.
