She’s worked with the architect to design a beautiful environment, found the perfect culinary partner, designed a logo and studied the intricacies of steeping tea for the most discriminating tea drinker. She is one of the areas newest restaurateurs with a great new adventure in tea that’s sure to turn some heads.
“Maybe I’m nuts,” said Cooper, an energetic entrepreneur, while selecting a high density thermal carry out cup for her new business, “but I’ve always loved the magic and serenity associated with tea, and thought, how wonderful it would be to open my own cafe.”

Infusions Tea Cafe will seat 65 guests under a high exposed ceiling in an wonderful atmosphere that blends the buzz of a local hot spot with the cool ambiance of jazz. Guests can enjoy one of the quiet niches-for-two, visit near the open hearth, read a book or enjoy the sights of pedestrian traffic from one bar stools that look out a grand store-front window. There is also a private Tea Room where businesses can gather for meetings, families can host private events (or tea party) complete with tea sandwiches, scones and unique desserts.
